Dispatched for a motor vehicle accident; truck versus car. Upon arrival, heavy damage is noted to the driver side door of the car. No extrication required. One person is transported to the hospital by ambulance. Traffic control at the scene until the vehicles were removed from the roadway. All remaining units and personnel cleared the scene and returned to quarters.

Dispatched to Oakwood Resort for an odor of natural gas. Upon arrival, there was a report that NIPSCO officials were at this location yesterday, shut off two fryers and red tagged them. When we went into the kitchen area, a hissing noise could be heard.
Dispatched for an out of control grass fire. Upon arrival, a fire is noted along a ditch in the agricultural field that is being attended the owner. The owner advised us that they requested a fire department response as the owner was becoming tired and the fire was advancing towards a wooded area.
Dispatched to assist the North Webster Fire Department with a tanker and grass fire truck at the scene of a vegetation fire. Upon arrival, we assisted with the control and extinguishment of the fire that is located in a previously harvested crop field west of the residence.
Dispatched for a possible electrical fire. Upon arrival, no fire is noted from the exterior of the structure. Investigation reveals that an air conditioner has wires that appears to have burned and ignited the grass nearby.

Dispatched for a fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, no indications of a fire are noted from the exterior of the structure. The occupant of the structure that is at the scene states that they were spraying air freshener into the trash can and unintentionally activated the smoke detector.
Dispatched for a field fire east of the residence. Upon arrival, a large field fire involving corn stubble and an attached fence row is uncontrolled and advancing towards a wooded area. Dispatched for a fire in a wooded area. Upon arrival, the fire is noted to be a trash fire in the woods that is attended by the owner. We investigated the area and found petroleum based items that were being burned by the owner.
Dispatched to assist the North Webster Fire Department at the scene of a brush/ wooded area fire. Upon arrival, we assisted with the control and extinguishment of the brush fire. All units cleared the scene and returned to quarters.
