Dispatched for a CO alarm; no one is feeling ill; homeowner has exited the residence and will be outside. Upon arrival, the homeowner states his CO alarm woke him up and he called the fire department. The audible CO alarm is noted inside of the structure.

Dispatched for a vehicle fire; reportedly near the fuel pumps. Upon arrival, the vehicle is unoccupied with fire noted in the engine compartment area. Fire under control at 1821 hours. The operator of the vehicle reportedly left the scene on foot.

Dispatched for a motor vehicle accident; one vehicle versus tree; airbag deployment. Upon arrival, the driver of the vehicle is standing outside of the vehicle. The vehicle has extensive damage to the right front with both front seat airbags deployed.
Dispatched for a smoke alarm. Upon arrival, we found a relative of the owner who was checking the residence with no smoke or obvious reason for the alarm found by the relative. Residence evacuated. Residence cleared by fire department personnel.

Contacted at the fire station by telephone by an employee of the Syracuse Street Department that advised us of a possible natural gas leak. Units dispatched. NIPSCO requested for a response to the scene by the fire chief while en route to the scene.
Dispatched for a residential fire alarm. Access gained to residence and numerous fan heaters and dehumidifiers are noted throughout the structure that had been placed by a restoration company due to a previous problem at the residence involving a broken water line.
Dispatched for a fire alarm. Structure unoccupied at time of arrival. Gained entry to residence. Investigation reveals water dripping from main level ceiling and light fixtures. Broken water line found upstairs.
