Dispatched for mutual aid to the North Webster Fire Department for a garage fire. While en route to the scene, North Webster Fire Department incident command advised us that all of our units except Tanker #3 and Truck #1 can disregard the call at 0551 hours.
Dispatched for a natural gas leak. Upon arrival, the road is closed to vehicular traffic for safety. A NIPSCO crew was reportedly running electrical service to a residence and struck an underground natural gas line.
Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, a sprinkler head had reportedly been struck with a forklift. No fire. The supervisor stated that they would contact the alarm company for repairs. All units returned to quarters at 0812 hours.

Dispatched to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, a vehicle is noted rolled over on the passenger side in the drainage ditch. Battery disconnected for safety. No vehicle extrication required. Occupants exited vehicle under own power.
Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, no evacuation of the occupants of the hotel is noted. All occupants of the hotel are evacuated by fire department personnel. Investigation of all floors of the hotel conducted with the imaging camera and visual inspection.
Dispatched for mutual aid to Benton Township Fire Department for a smoke investigation. Inclement weather is noted in the area at the time of dispatch that is resulting in numerous electrical power outages.

Dispatched for a request for fluid clean up from a disabled vehicle; clean up requested by Kosciusko County Sheriff Department unit. Floor dry absorbent utilized to contain and absorb approximately one gallon of oil from the roadway.
Dispatched for a possible vehicle fire. Upon arrival, a vehicle is noted in the driveway between two houses with heavy smoke noted from the engine compartment. Fire under control at 1117 hours. Spoke with vehicle owner in regards to events prior to the vehicle fire.

Dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Upon arrival, two vehicle accident with one reported injury. Jaws of Life not required. Assisted EMS crew with patient care. One patient transported by EMS.
Received a verbal report of unauthorized burning activities. Responded to the scene. Spoke with property owner in regards to state and IDEM burning regulations. An IDEM pamphlet pertaining to legal and illegal burning activities is provided to the owner.
Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, no obvious indications of an active fire noted. A construction vehicle is noted at the scene. A key holder of the structure arrived at the scene and unlocked the entry door into the structure.
EMS initially dispatched for an unknown medical problem via a life line call at 1242 hours; unknown if medical; some type of alarm signal noted in the background; sounded like someone shuffling the telephone.

Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, no smoke or fire found. A smoke detector is activated. An alarm company representative arrived on scene to inspect the smoke detector. The faulty smoke detector was removed from the system with intension to replace it within the next two days.
