Dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with minor injuries. Upon arrival, a vehicle reportedly traveling north had swerved to avoid another vehicle, traveled off of the roadway, through a ditch and had reportedly come to rest very near a building without striking the building.
Dispatched for a carbon monoxide alarm activation; the occupants are complaining of a slight headache. Upon arrival, the occupants have evacuated the structure.

Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, the building has been evacuated. Investigation into the alarm reveals a smoke alarm detector that was activated due to dust in the main gymnasium area. The alarm system is reset by school officials with no further problems noted.

Dispatched for a burn complaint with a citizen burning tires. Upon fire department arrival, the police department was at the scene of a brush fire with tires in the brush. The fire is extinguished by fire department personnel with approximately 200 gallons of water.
Notified at Station #2 by a citizen that there is a tree lying across electrical service lines and they are arcing. Dispatch notified of the same and the fire department was dispatched. Request to notify NIPSCO utility company of the situation for a response to the scene.

Dispatched for a report of an electrical fire involving electric utility lines in the area of CR 1000N and Koher Road East. Upon arrival, no active fire is noted. The electric utility lines are noted to be arcing intermittently due to contact with nearby tree limbs.

Dispatched to a possible tree fire due to electric utility lines. Upon arrival of the first engine crew to the area, no problem is located. All units not on scene disregarded and the engine crew returned to quarters at 0641 hours.
Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival and investigation, it was found that the exhaust fan above the range was inoperable. Smoke from preparing food had filled the kitchen area. The property maintenance personnel were working to get the exhaust fan operational again.
Dispatched for a carbon monoxide alarm that continually activates; female at the scene complains of illness, but does not want to be medically evaluated. Upon arrival, all occupants have exited the structure.
