Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival at the scene, several construction crews are noted at the scene. The construction crews state that they were soldering near a smoke detector in the structure which resulted in an unintentional activation of the smoke alarm.

Dispatched for a fire alarm a Century Link. Upon arrival, 360 degree scene size-up completed with nothing showing. The building is locked and secured. A key holder arrived on scene at 0240 hours. Interior investigation of the structure completed with no indications of a fire noted.
Dispatched to the area of a NIPSCO electrical substation on the west side of SR 13 near CR 1000N for a report of electrical arcing and a possible transformer fire. Upon our arrival, no arcing, transformer fire or other problem is noted in the area of the substation.
Dispatched for mutual aid with fire and EMS apparatus and personnel to 72325 CR 133; mutual aid to Benton Township Fire Department for a structure fire. Upon arrival, all occupants had exited the structure with no reported injury.

Dispatched for a fire alarm at Rinker Boat Company. Upon arrival, no indications of an active fire visible. Further investigation of the structures reveals no active fire. A key holder of the facility arrived at the scene and the alarm is reset with no further activation.
Dispatched for a carbon monoxide alarm with the occupants outside of the unit with no report of illness. Upon arrival, the occupants report the carbon monoxide alarm is emitting a periodic chirping noise.

Dispatched for a fire alarm. Prior to apparatus en route, we received notification from dispatch that school officials at the location had called back and stated that this is a false alarm due to the same sensor activation as this morning at 0523 hours.
Received a direct telephone call to the fire station with a report of a carbon monoxide activation; the caller states slight headache. The caller is requested to evacuate the structure. Upon arrival, one occupant of the structure is outside and another occupant is reportedly inside the structure.
Dispatched for a fire alarm activation at Wawasee High School. Upon arrival, evacuation is complete. Investigation reveals a smoke detector activation in the main gym area. No active fire found. The alarm system is reset with no further activation.

Dispatched for a vehicle versus pedestrian accident with personal injury. Upon arrival, one person is found lying on the ground with injury. Assisted the EMS crew with patient care. Assisted the police units at the scene with traffic control.
Dispatched for a possible natural gas leak. Upon arrival, the occupant stated that they had noted the odor of possible natural gas when they had returned home. The occupant stated that they had left the structure to summon assistance due to the fact that they were unaware of a number to call.
