Dispatched for a possible natural gas leak. Upon arrival and investigation, a nearby sewer lift station is noted to be inoperable. No natural gas leak is noted. It is determined that the odor that the caller noted is from the sewer and not natural gas.
Dispatched for a possible structure fire as a subject has advised police units at the scene that there is a fire in the house. Upon arrival of the first unit, no visible evidence of a working fire is noted from the exterior.
Dispatched for a possible natural gas leak. A response to the scene by NIPSCO officials is requested at 2044 hours. Upon arrival, all occupants have exited the structure. Upon arrival of Engine 2, a crew began to enter the structure for further investigation.
A landing zone set up is requested by Medic 6 at the Shopko parking lot. Upon arrival, a 100' X 100' square landing zone is set up for the Samaritan II medical helicopter. The Samaritan II medical helicopter on the ground at 1650 hours.
Dispatched for a possible natural gas leak; one occupant of the structure is feeling ill. Upon arrival, the occupants of the residence are outside of the structure and report a strong odor of natural gas inside of the residence.
Dispatched to the area of 9632 E. Genessee Lane for a report of tires being burned west of that residence; caller believes his next door neighbor. The caller will not advise dispatch if a subject is attending the fire or not.
Dispatched for a smoke investigation in the exercise room, women's restroom and lobby of the hotel. Upon arrival, evacuation of the structure is noted to be in progress. Investigation revealed an overheated electrical component in one of the HVAC units that has been shut down.

Dispatched for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, the residence is found to be unoccupied and secured with no evidence of a fire noted from the exterior of the structure. The dispatcher and the alarm company made contact with the owner.
Dispatched for a dumpster fire. Upon arrival of Incident Command, a small amount of trash is found to be burning in the dumpster due to hot charcoal in the dumpster. Engine 5 on scene at 1922 hours and the fire is extinguished.
